About this mod
a cleanup of swans pond back bay and harbor area. still needs alot of work. this was for personal use only but i have been given permission to release this.

this is a work in progress
with permission from ragoda, i'm releasing my cleanup of swans pond, this cleans up from the harbor hotel across to boston library from north to south and db tech through to almost cabot house, i've used roughly 30000 feet in either direction, it's a really large area, i'm not sure about conflicts or compatibility with other settlement mods in those areas, so i would recommend only using this one.. but feel free to let me know on that one..
i do not own this mod, i've merely cleaned it up...

the mod still needs alot more cleaning up as there are bumps, dips and other rubbish that still needs to be cleared away, but that will come as i have time
