I use this . It's great for my purposes as I'm rebuilding the old parts of Boston with buildings that have open interiors..A slow process due to the uneven terrain levels under buildings. I have deleted all the previs so that's not a concern for me. The game looks better clean and runs faster too, for me anyway. If you extend it, pls upload it.

You really need to pull this mod for now. By "deleting" all those items, 1950 of them, you broke the precombine which tanks frame rates. Not to mention all the floating items and buildings and messed up navmesh. In order to do it right, you'll have to do a LOT of terrain editing, then move markers, then rework the navmesh, then rebuild the precombine & previs, then.. pack them in a ba2.
i never said it was perfect, i just released it, because i had some people who asked me to, of course it needs work.. and if you took off your blinders you would see that i said clearly it is a WORK IN PROGRESS. meaning there is still a ton of work to do.
if anyone wants to improve it, and make it better then feel free but just dont forget to credit ragoda and myself for the work we have both done.. this was and will be my only mod for fallout,..
