Hi there,
this is my first settlement.
It is a full working settlement with all what a settlement need.
- Full food and whater for the settlers
- Up to 80 Beds
- A big amount of turrets all over the settlement
- A clinic with a surgery center
- A hairstyling saloon
- Armor and weapon market
- and many more.
Info:
I transfered that settlement as Raiderleader from the Nuka-World Raiders.
If any Raider-object at the settlement, feel free to delete it. :)

Notice:
After the succsessful import from your settlement you have go far away from the settlement
and beeing away from it full 3 Ingame-Days. Thats the best way to be sure that all of your settlement is fully placed and working well.
Go around somewhere else and dont use the fast-travel. Thats my tip was tested from my self. It worked well. :)
