Created crafting recipes for the Modular Military Backpack. Added Ballistic Fiber to the Modular Military Backpack.

Created crafting recipes for the Hellfire Power Armor. Made all the Faction Paint schemes available.

Created crafting recipes for the X-02 Power Armor. Made the Devil's Inferno version of the Tesla Coils not quest dependent. The only Faction Paint Scheme available for the X02 is the Institute Paint Scheme. I fixed the requirements on that (sorry about that everyone, I screwed  up) and now it is available.

Created crafting recipes for the Anti-Material Rifle. Doubled base damage for the Anti-Material Rifle from 50 to 100.

Removed the range penalty on the Carbine's Bayonet, and created crafting recipes for both the Carbine and the Rifle.

Created a crafting recipe for the Heavy Incinerator and changed it's ammo capacity to 50. I increased the firing rate of the Heavy Incinerator by about 50% and I doubled the speed of the projectile, so now it feels much closer to Fallout 3 Heavy Incinerator.

Created a crafting recipe for the Solar Cannon and changed it's ammo type to Fusion Cores.

Created crafting recipes for the Prototype Gauss Rifle.

Removed the Feattured Item Keyword from the Prototype Gauss Rifle so hopefully that solves the CTD issue.

Created crafting recipes for the double barreled and triple barreled shotguns, plus all of their unique variants.

Created a crafting recipe for the Captain Cosmos Power Armor, the Cosmic Cannon, and the Space Suit.

Created crafting recipes for the Classic 10mm Pisto and the Tunnel Snakes Suitl.

Created a crafting recipe for the BFG9000 and changed it's ammo type to Fusion Cores.

Removed the Featured Item from the BFG so hopefully the crashing stops when crafting it.
