The cheat holotape doesn't do anything with companions appearance. Anyone know how to get piper to look like this or how to get the holotape to do something for companions?
Have an issue that is odd. I load the preset through SLM command line. Load Preset new piper or piper2 also. Shows none of the details for the skin. It is just brown with no eyebrows or details. Here is a screen shot of what I see. https://imgur.com/pN8JvCo It seems like the face structure itself is coming through. I change the Skin Color/Tone in edit and nothing happens. Still brown. All the mods required are installed, except the FSM body skin since I am using the 8k one instead. Any ideas how to fix this?
installed everything. got the cheat holotape. Nothing comes up to edit companions, when using console commands it only edits my character regardless of what code i put in.
It is very strange, i install all your required mods, and start by using F4SE, but my piper preset is different form yours, mine is black and very ugly piper

I've got everything figured out. But every time I save and exit the game her jaw gets wide af and I have to redo her appearance. Any idea why this happens?
Honestly no, it might be something similar to the black face bug, on that case was an issue with the skin meshes, but on this case the problem are the sliders, so maybe you can try to reinstall looks menu or try with the mod "extended facial sculpting" (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25087?tab=description). That is what i can think of to solve you issue. Hope that works!

Elf ears? really? There are vanilla presets of ears, eyes, noses when you are on the looks menu that can choose, and as i recall i didn't use elf ears on her, still you can share some screenshots to watch the result
Very strange indeed, as i wrote on the post i used vanilla ears, i suspect it can be something related to the import process and also due to the looks menu feature that allow you to modify the forms of the face elements far beyond vanilla face parts. Try to select other ear model on the menu, that should reset the forms and get the ear back to normal, hope this fixes the problem , you can comment here later the result
