Make sure you have installed F4SE and Looks menu in order to add this preset, unzip it an drag it to: (yous steam directory)\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Presets

By request i add a version without the scar and to vary a bit her looks long hair, (KS hairdos required; https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/29944) or she will apear bald XD
