    And now, after a while, unfortunately, I will leave an unpleasant review.
    This mod adds a settlement marker to the Commonwealth, which means that you will no longer be able to use mods such as SKK Mobile Workshop, at least in the Commonwealth location. It is also impossible to delete the mod without rolling back the saves (my last save without this mod was probably made in 2020, huge changes have already taken place in my Boston and it's the middle of the 90s, 2290s, so I can't just start a new game, I'll demolish Windows easier than I'll do it).
    You can't delete settlement mods, I'm not sure exactly what will cause the Cottage to be deleted, but I won't risk it. Now I'll never light a bonfire somewhere in the Commonwealth.
    Zorkaz, sir, if you're reading this, can I just delete the line in xedit-location Commonwealth from your mod and won't it cause me problems if I'm not going to use at least the Cottage's external workshop?

      I looked into the file. The outside workshop seems to be a workbench without registered settlement. You should be able to delete the workbench, the settlement map marker without causing too much trouble.

    I don't understand why I just came in to approve this mod. I've been playing with it since its release and it's definitely a very important mod, despite the minor flaws. Zorkaz is one of the best modders of this game. When I think about mods for Fallout 4, few authors come to mind, including Zorkaz. It's not flattery, I'm not flattering anyone at all. It's just that now I realize how important a contribution you've made to my life. I would donate money, but I'm a beggar, lol. If I ever have extra money, then you definitely deserve it, but for now I can only give respect. Thank you, friend.

    I tried this out and love it, as it's the perfect size for what I need. However, my companion won't go inside with me, so I'm afraid it's not going to work out for me after all, which is very disappointing. But it's just too immersion breaking for me that my companion stands outside all night in the rain while I get a good night's sleep.

      I'll look into it. Does anyone have the same issue? Because the navmesh is there...

      Same here - using esl - Curie won't follow me in. Also, I couldn't click on the "debris" in pic 4. I assumed that was a magic debris item to clean the inside? Many other items could be moved and scrapped but none of the debris. In any case, it's far too busy a corner of town right now for my game with BoS v Mutants across the corner. Not the sort of place I'd want to call home.

      Also, there's a "basement" cellar door around the back of the building - you don't mention it so I guess it might be another mod but I wouldn't know what. This might possibly be causing the issues? But like I said, it's not my sort of home anyway - just wanted to report similar issues.

      @streetyson I believe that cellar door is from the Stranger Things quest mod.

      At least, when I last played that mod, I had this installed as well, and part of the quest takes you to the basement at the back of this cottage.

    Nice concept and location.  But by level 18 when you can be a master locksmith I am already snug somewhere else.  This would have been great for expert at level 7 or mini quest to get the key.

    A good location, but it makes sense to do 2 workshops in one, independently of each other, and everything is considered separately, except for the number of settlers and the supply line. it was a strange thing to do. Maybe   would have settled people both inside and outside. Yes, and outside the place could be made wider, and instead of a loading screen inside the house, just a house.

    Very nice and also convenient for a waste lander playthrough were you did not want to get involved in all those settlement gravy slaver driver quests were the game plays you rather than you play the game.

    Excellent also for a frost type play through as a safe bolt hole on the edge of the city once you find a way to survive the radioactive wasteland.

    As always ESL is a welcome addition thanks Zorkaz for some great work.


    Loving it, a bit cramped but I used extra object selection and scrapped the inside while trying to keep true to what you had done but rebuilt it using Snappy shell kit, now wallpapered and liveable, I also made it just a tiny bit larger inside though realistically an internal (Small unless it had a smugglers tunnel leading to the river?) basement would have done what I needed, I just used the extra room for a full bathroom off the side of the building, I was surprised to see you have two interiors as well behind the rear wall and used the console to clean up the flat trash using the disable command, I did not end up using the potential extra space at the rear wall however.

    Nice thing about this is the fact that just outside the front door is one of the most regular random encounter location in the game and my character has no shortage of loot from all those dead raiders, super mutants and hostile scavengers.

    Perfect location, tiny bit too small but not by much as I was able to cram everything I wanted except for the bathroom into the interior and only had to go a bit beyond that to add a proper bathroom for my character making it into a two room space but I love the way you made the interior correspond correctly to the exterior size of the house.

    So I saw this and pretty much immediately fell in love, so I downloaded it, and oh my goodness, I didn't know just how perfect this would be. I love it, but I do have three minor complaints. Firstly, lighting is a serious issue inside, as your character is essentially a silhouette when they enter. Secondly, I would love access to the attic, but I don't have to have it, and thirdly, I can't seem to export the exterior. Still, none of these are irksome enough for me to not recommend this. Thank you, and endorsed.
