This will support up to 17 settlers. A bar and restaurant. Self-sustained for food and water. The house has been patched up and added onto along with many other additions.
Everything inside the house was scrapped except the kitchen counters/sink area. I also scrapped the wire fencing on the outside of the house and removed the crops that were there. I left everything along the back of the house. Other than trash, that's it for scrapping.
