   Hi, me again, Immortal!
   
   I was wondering if you could add Homeplate full settlement mode to this mod?
   I'm fully aware lots of other mods do this at this point, but if you did, this would become a comprehensive DC player home mod and the only one we (I) need.
   Load orders will thank you and so will I.

   Question: very cool that the Kellogs and the Doctor house are enabled to build, but is there something, that you don't make all Diamond City a settlement?
