Detailed and "lived-in", supports up to 19 settlers. The interior of the building is a converted restaurant, with an outside bar. Along the walking path around the bulding is a weapons dealer. The back corner contains a maintenance area. The top of the building is a detailed shanty town.
I scrapped all of the trash in the settlement. Inside the building I scrapped everything except the Eat-O-Tronic and the large shelf, both sitting next to the door leading into the garage. After the transfer, do a walkthrough for any vanilla items that are clipping in the settlement.
