Make your AnimeRace Nanakochan into a young character. Before you rage, pm or comment, "Why would we download this mod, if we can just use the console command ", Because its a sub-race mod where your character gains advantages and disadvantages, read below to find out the details.

Make your AnimeRace Nanakochan into a young character.
Q : "Why would we download this mod, if we can just use the console command [setscale]".
- Because its a sub-race mod where your character gains advantages and disadvantages.
a.) Example; lower health, strength, running speed, carry-weight but better charisma & agility.
Q : "Doesn't sound exciting, Are those all the benefits?"
- What I plan is to create a mod that will alter gameplay (If there are no problems) just like those survival mods making the game more difficult.
a.) for example; Since you are young, that means you are naive and unaware
of the dangers of the wasteland,--- all vendors will try to rip you off, (raising the prices and if you buy 10 stimpaks
or 100 rounds of bullets but only giving you half or 3/4 of the actual amount depending on you luck, or a if you
have a companion those chances will be lowered).
b.) Enemies does more damage to you and Limb dismemberment chances will be raised.
c.) Sneak and pickpocket chances will be raised.
c.) Your threats' effectiveness will be lessened. AND im still thinking for more things to add.
Q : "Why post a partial Mod".
- I realized I still don't have the original mod creator's permission, and maybe with the support of the community it might
help persuade the original mod creator of AnimeRace, and the same time check the community response of my plan.
Currently, Only the size and running speed has been successfully implemented (health, strength and etc are easy to modify), I stopped because I realized I still don't have permission I'll continue this work when i have the permission

**This idea come from Skyrim, If they have bretons that are great magic casters, and khajits who are good thieves (better sneak from racial bonus) and wood elves who are good with bows, maybe we could have the same in fallout 4, honestly if im really that good at using creation kit and have the time, ill have a little girl running around the wasteland shooting lasers from her eyeballs**
