This is just my little version of Starlight Drive-In.
First of all, it is a Transfer Settlement Blueprint Mod, so it does require that you have Transfer Settlement Mod.
If you do not like how I decorated it, you can scrap things and put your own decorating style in it.
You will not be able to download it with a Mod Manager, but no worries, tick the manual download, use the Zip manager of your choice ( I use WinZip), install into: Local Disk (ususally C or D, I use my D drive)>ProgramFiles(x86)>Steam>steamapps>common>Fallout4>Data>F4SE>Plugins>TransferSettlements>blueprints>slot# (i used #14) you can put it into any empty slot.
I have alot of Mods installed and I did use quite a bit of them, but not all, so the Mods requirement list will not be short. Most of the Mods in the Mods list are for decorating, the main requirements list is short. Ok, here goes; the MAIN Mods requirements for my Mod is:
