This is an update on 1.0
Transfer Settlement Blueprint Mod
I just added a few more decorations and signs
Changed the TAX COLLECTOR's OFFICE to be a TAX COLLECTOR AND SHERIFF'S OFFICE
I added some HOUSEKEEPING items, such as the Pre-War Car Wash and the cooking/dish washing
I also added a coffee maching
You can use the update or you can keep the old version, it is up to you.
You can scrap or add things.
Just add your own personal touch to my Mod. I want you to be happy with it, just remember to give me credit for the BASE MOD part of it, if you use in some way
