Why [crawling action] 2020.4.10 released a year late:
I made a very good action in 3ds Max in 2019 year, and the animation preview was normal and smooth, BUT I Export animation to Fallout 4, crawling up all dislocation !!!!!! This is caused by Fallout 4 garbage engine
At that time, I thought: the current key-frame position of the model in 3ds Max is "correct", the body model is "wrong position" in the game. So, if I deliberately shift a "wrong position" in 3ds max, will i get a "correct display position" in the game?
So from July 2019 to April 2020, As long as I have extra time, I try to achieve it.
It's so hard, It's not as easy as normal animation, it's limited. For example, the leg of a character, I adjust the key frame once, export it and then enter the game to see whether the position is right or not. I export ,enter game,export ,enter game........................., again and again for more than 10 times, The success rate is more than 20%.
How many joints do you think the character has? How many times do I have to make it. It's too hard. It's really the last time I've updated my crawl I won't do it later. Tactical action 1.6 may be the last update!! However, there may be independent execution actions to be added in the future. v1.7 may also be integrated into USP 45.
