This settlement is a bit dense and I plan to release it to the Xbox One but will have to trim it down and refine it. I will also be rereleasing it as a ESL file type so please forgive the rookie mistake of making it a ESP. I may do some small alterations to the place now that I have tested it as a city plan numerous times, mostly in regards to beds not spawning in. If you have any suggestions please feel free to leave a comment as I am working on a handful of other settlements before I come back and touch up some of my older works.
In the Pipeline is a few settlements and potentially some blueprints to be used for the Settlement Ambush kit as its one of my favorite Mods
