    Odd... I'd love to get my partner Piper to stop making comments about our charming little boathouse so I was excited to install this. But no matter where I pop this in my load order... it doesn't seem like any changes in the dialog are happening... my game is up to date and everything. Maybe a more recent patch or something broke this mod?

      Piper for instance often comments negatively about it. This removes it.
