Fixed the missing text from the Unknown Sniper Holotape
Removed all the vanilla components except the receiver(The receiver is easy modified too)
New weapon mods: 4 receivers(another 4 improved versions of the existing receivers so there are 8 separate receivers), 3 barrels, 5 magazines, 3 stocks, 3 scopes normal and NV each(6 total), 1 reflex sight (in 12 versions: 4 diamond reticles in red, blue, gold and green. 4 hexagonal reticles in red, blue, gold and green and another 4 cross like reticles in red, blue, gold and green), 9x damage modifier added(from 10 to 99% like 10%, 20%, 30%...90%, 99%), 2 suppressors and 2 muzzle brakes.
