    Sticky
    Addendum:
While I (hopefully) properly navmeshed the place I still haven't tested settler behaviour out in the long term. So well, tell me if it works or not.
With all custom settlements please check if your starting happiness is 50. If it's 20, then there's some other mod interfering.

    Current Issues:
-Some few reported being unable to start the workshop. If it's the case download the optional file. Also someone in the bug section posted a nice cheat:
    "SetPapyrusVar OwnedByPlayer 1"

    Plans for the future:
A glider that takes you to Diamond City

i was looking for some kind of BioShock Colombia mod kind of settlement build. this is at least a good start in that direction, i wonder if an asset could be created to use other in game assets like the Mr. Handy thrusters to make it appear to be floating and the bobbing mechanic that objects have on water to make it appear to have a slight bobbing motion and perhaps placable clouds around the structure.

or maybe this is just a silly idea lol. i just love the idea of a BioShock inspired settlement in the sky.

What a great idea this is. I can imagine someone on the ground looking up.

    ------------
... so, yea, i was 'drinkin, soOOo what. I tells ya, I saw it.
It was like a uhm, Brothersteelhood's Vermi-Verbi-bridy things. But like, this is gonna sound crazy, made out of rocks. Floating up near the clouds.

It wuz just there in the sky. I don't know where I wuz, I said I was 'drinkin.
So'z, I watches it. Then like out of no where, a, uhm, a real Verbirbird showz'up. It for seiously landz on the thing.

Then, I hear gunz shooting. Sounded likez a war up there. Then, this guy falls to the ground. He lands like 10 feet away. Splatterz all over. So, I loots the pieces. He had this card thing on him and some nice jewelry too. I think I got like 200, uhm, 700 caps off him, yea, 730 caps really and uhm, and, AND these boots.

Anyway, I hears that these DragonBallzy and Giants lived on these things before the war, so'z I gitted out of there fast. I wish I remember where it wuz. Maybe if I have another drink I'll remember.

I love this mod. One of my fravorite settlement mods. I took the settlement far beyond a cabin.  I think this mod doesn't get the credit or attention it deserves. Great Job.

thanks for this realy creative mod i like it a lot.
I have a strange issue with it though.. i build it up pretty big but my settlers don't sandbox at all. if i assign them to something they say "sure" and walk over to the shed the workshop is in and stand on the roof and do nothing. sometimes suddenly they do start sandboxing and it works flawlessly. but when i return the next day there all on the roof of the shed doing nothing.
I did't report this as a bug since i have 200+ mods running. Just thought i mention it to see if someone has this too and found a solution

Still love this though, and will try it on a next playthrough whith less mods running..

I checked it with FO4Edit and It’s coflicts with some of navigational meshes of Boston FPS Fix and Raider Children. What problems could I experience if I placed this mod above those mods?

I don't know. I guess nothing special. The mod changes the navmesh in a specific four-cell area, so that's probably why.

Is anyone else having issues with random bottlecap mines?

There is one by the house that keeps randomly blowing me up, but the funny thing is... when I reload and go looking for it, I can't find it *anywhere.* Like it either clips into the ground most of the time, or it randomly spawns. (I'm running loot detector mod and it highlights traps... nothing shows up with that either).

This might also have something to do with the fact that all of the sky pirates were half dead/missing limbs when I first arrived?

That's an ingame issue. When a mine blows up and you reload it's gone. Happens to me all the time.
However as far as I remember, I only placed one.

There's also a friendly turret there, so there a reason for a second explosion
