I don't know at all, the only thing i did will making this fix is lowering the height of the sound emitter, i never touched the navmesh and when testing the fix didn t got any error with npc s around the Wind Turbine and i have a 150 + modded game so i don t think it will crash your game...
Might be less messy to fix this by simply increasing the base audible range and falloff range of the sound emitter then, methinks. That way you don't get the CK breaking the navmeshes because you dared to adjust a literally intangible and invisible object lol. What a mess of a program eh?

There is Navmesh info map entry in the .esp, is this an error or necessary to the mod?
