Tying this, but so far unable to activate any workshop mode...... Do I need to activate any specific furniture item, or, the Boston Airport workbench first?

  There's now a red suitcase near the bed area. That's the workshop workbench. Hopefully it works for you.

I downloaded the ESP file and it's listed in Nexus as an ESL, so it doesn't work.

  There are dozens of us. I've had mine at the top for so long, that having it on the bottom just feels wrong.
