A: Yes you can even do it yourself, just follow these instructions
HOW TO CREATE HER AS A CUSTOM COMPANION
Step 1 - Download and install Cheat Terminal. Step 2 - Find the Cheat Terminal Holotape in your Inventory misc tab Step 3 - In the holotape choose [Game Alterations] > [Companion Manipulation] > [Custom Companions] > Add Female Companion Step 4 - Stand in front of your custom companion Open Console and left click on the companion (this displays the companion's ID REF Code) Step 5 - While still in console type the following SLM xxxx then press enter (note where the xxxx is replaced with your companion ID REF Code) Step 6 - Click on Presets in the show looks menu - select Alien Beauty - Khaalida Character Preset and then press done to close SLM. Step 7 - Press Tilde key to close the console and you're done!
If you followed these simple steps you should now have your own commandable companion NPC and follower You could then use a mod like Give NPC a Name. for example to name your new companion

Well you could always make one your self. Thing it not very many people play male characters, I myself personally play female characters because id rather stare at an attractive female back side for 4 to 5 hours then some dudes back side when I play.
lol Yes I can't speak for other preset creators but the main reason why I do not make male presets is that they do not make decent facial extended adjustment tools for male characters, The one I do know of that is available is buggy and abandonware and obviously the vanilla tools to make male faces are next to useless so there is no point.Until someone makes an up to date mod that extends the male facial features then your kinda stuck using pseudo-Nate clones I'm afraid.
love some MK and I love some fallout 4...so this is really cool...i'd like to start a mod one day after I've gotten a little further in my studies that basically a tribute to the old Nintendo 64 mortal kombat mythologies zubzero...except first person mode obviously. oneday...

Hah, excellent! a subzero character in fallout would be cool, there is even a superpowers mod that would fulfill this idea really well :D In fact, this reminds me I forgot to add the Kung fu master mod to the description of the page. hehe thank you for your comment
