Just a head's up that I posted by own SMM patch for Sandbag Fortifications that is updated for the version 4.1 release. No disrespect to jdaking's patches, I use quite a few of them and they're part of the motivation for me to release my own.
Im confused actually.. This patch, is dated after the newest update of the sandbags mod, however, both this esp and the updated esp from the original mod, is called the exact same thing: Version-2c.. So, would it be safe to DL newest version of mod, and overwriting with this, or not?
Thanks for the mod(s) and for having yours overwrite the original and not patch with requirements. Anything that keeps the workshop menu a little more organized is a must in my book.
For some reason I don't find a Sandbag Fortifications category under the workshop main menu. (Your new Basement Living category does appear correctly in my game.)

Make a clean save and try again.
Try the SMM setting holotape.
Check file integrity and make sure no mod conflict.
If using Vortex, remove old one, repack replacer and reinstall just to be safe.
Test a new game. It may not appear correctly in a exsiting save due to change of keywords.
I have tested many times while save and load with different saves. They all apear to be ok.
Finally, modding is unique to every individual. There are too many varibles.
If you are confident that you have found the cause of the issue, please let me know. I am happy to learn.
