Initial submittal, just structure, no power etc....
In keeping with the bare bones approach only Wasteland, Far Harbor and Contraptions DLCs are required. The only NEXUS mod other than Transfer Settlements of course is BackBay Penthouse. I built atop of the BackBay settlement.
