Will be working on a solution to the Settings Holotape soon. But if you would like to change the timer and can't wait, you have 3 options:
1. Change your game's timescale to 20, 10, or 6. 2. Use FO4Edit to change 1 number in AR_HC_TimerIntervalMinutes under Global (Generally, go 1 or 2 above your timescale. For example: If your timescale is 12, change the setting to 14. If your timescale is 5, change it to 6) 3. Request I make another version.
Thanks to everyone for downloading. This was my first mod. I'm back making mods again and have been putting out quite a few. I'm going to update this one soon. I'm curious, does anyone want a version for a different timescale before I fix the holotape issue? Comment to this post.
1. Unlimited Survival Mode IS compatible out of the box. 2. Survival Configuration menu is NOT compatible out of the box, but if you know how to use xedit, then it is an easy fix. You will have to merge one of the alias in xedit.
looks like since I replied that, I patched it myself in xedit, as it no longer confilcts, and its showing SCM.esp as a master. been so long I don't remember what I did exactly but I think I fixed it 😭
I dont see any info in my pipboy about adrenaline although I saw a message when loading for the first time that the mod was installed.. So now I am not sure.. I have put it in the late load order
Edit: it seems my game is buggy... I reenabled the mod and now it seems to work somehow...
Could you possibly make a version that has the timescale set to game default and without the holotape? It sounds like as of now the holotape doesn't function so just having a simple implementation without bloat would be much appreciated!
20 is the default timescale. But I think you can just drop the holotape. It's been a really long time, so I don't remember. You could also load Adrenaline rush before my mod to get the holotape working. This mod was based off his as a starting point. This was my first mod before I really knew much so...
Just found this mod and seems like a cool addition. Something I would personally add to the Adrenaline effects is faster reload speed and reduced gun spread + VATS accuracy, which is kind of the same but in different levels.
I like to pitch you an idea as an optional download: Adrenaline junkie
rank 0: -10% AP Regen Rate "unstable aim" (withdrawal shaky hands) and/or any other gimping you are into.
rank 1 : the new rank 0 rank 2: the new rank 1 etc rank 7: add the jet sound effect "Oh Yeah" rank 10: add the psycho sound effect "f'ing kill" anything that will mark the passing of thresholds will do, these are just the two i find fitting. tweak or leave the bonuses as needed or as you see fit.
Seeing that you're still modding, I hope you get around to fixing the settings holotape eventually, preferably replacing it with an MCM. Perfect solution to the adrenaline problem.
Yeah, I think I understand how to fix it now. I'm working on a big mod now, but I'm going to try to fix it or learn how to implement it into the MCM once I'm finished. For now tho, the mod does work without it. Just can't change the time setting in game. You could either edit it in FO4Edit, or the easiest thing to do is to just set the game's timescale to either 20, 10 or 6.
