I have finally gotten around to fixing the ba2 file that was causing issues for users on some timescales
I added a new option for Timescale 10 since it seemed to be fairly popular
I'm pretty sure the settings Holotape still doesn't work. TEMP FIX: Download Adrenaline Rush and place it higher in load order. Then use the holotape.

Tweaks the 1 minute counter to 1 minute and 10 second for better balance
Replaces Sprint AP Drain bonus with +6 AP per rank (now you can use your AP bonus for VATS or running)
Adds +10% faster AP Regen rate per rank
Settings Holotape BUG from previous version persists. TEMP FIX: Download Adrenaline Rush and place it higher in load order. Then use the holotape. I'm testing a possible fix now
