A "Lore Friendly" take on the Tenpines Bluff settlement.

This is my take on a lore friendly Tenpines Bluff, what I view as what a settlement would realistically look like in this universe. It includes a bar, weapon store, chem store, and food store. The settlement will support 11 settlers given the available resources.
Before performing the settlement transfer, scrap everything in the settlement except the crops and trees.
05/27/19 - The blueprint has been updated for a version that requires far less mods than the previous one. The settlement still looks the same, with a few cosmetic changes I'd say for the better.
