Detailed and "lived-in", supports up to 11 settlers. An armor and general store.
Self-sustained for food and water.
Items in the settlement were untouched. Remove the existing tato plants as that area has become a brahmin pen. After the transfer has gone through, it would be best to go through the area and remove the items that are clipping through.
Make sure the "original items" option is selected for the transfer.
