This is honestly the most exciting mod to release for me in quite some time - I absolutely love this contest and am so glad people have put in the effort to build these awesome City Plans.
I hope you all enjoy them!
Oh and more of you should join! I know tons of you love designing settlements, and City Plans take just a little more planning. We've got cool prizes to share like t-shirts and free video games, would love to have you all: City Plan Contest Mod
Patch 3.5.0 of Sim Settlements greatly reduces the script data usage. If you were getting stuck in the Main Menu after using the 3.4.6 patch of Sim Settlements, or using this mod, you should be able to use this after updating to 3.5.0!
1. Manually download the City Plan Pack - Contest Entries - Individual ESLs v1.0.13-35648-1-0-13-1576780605.7z file. 2. Rename the the file to City Plan Pack - Contest Entries - Individual ESLs v1.0.13.7z 3. In your Mod Manager click on the "install from file" button. Navigate to where you saved the file from step2 and select it. 4. This will install the mod as per normal.
So I think I know the answer this butt better to be safe then sorry, so I have sim settlements 1 and conqueror installed and I was too lazy to go through a bunch of city plans and figured I'd just download this and go...butt every time I head in the direction of abernathy farm my game crashes. I think the problem is I didn't go through and set each settlement to only have one plan in the conqueror menu so its crashing because it's trying to load each settlement at once butt I figured I should get the opinion of someone who actually knows sim settlements before I go fuckin around with the menus again. oh and the crashes only started after installing this mod I made sure to check
Wanted to use the red rocket by kelptoheart. Playing with maintenence costs so I wanna scrap the excessive power then build it myself when it's actually needed. I have 24 caps / day maintenence with handyman from codsworth. After finding all generators I still have 10 power left. I dont know from where, been running around looking everywhere without finding anything.
for some reason when i choose genuine entropy red rocket at the beginning of the game it doesnt give me the right build. all of the red rocket blueprints are incorect for some reason but they were fine in the past
I still use Sim Settlements 1 simply because I know how it works and enjoy it more. I have installed the City Plan Packs but I cannot get them to show up. The only ones that do are the RoTC ones for each settlement only giving me one option. I have tried manually installing, and removing other mods. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong or not seeing?
Hi, King! haha thank you for your great mod. I have a question, I want to change the plans I chose so it requires me to reinstall this mod for the optional ESL chosen. Is that affecting the current game?
I've been having an issue with the mod in my latest playthrough. With every city plan I've used so far, whether they're RotC or from the city plan packs, atleast one plot has been built on top of the workbench. With four exceptions as far as I can remember it's been interior residential plots that have been bugged. Two of those exceptions have been exterior plots where the buildings have been erected normally but the interiors have ended up placed at the workbench. Changing building plans, refreshing the plots or even the whole city plans have done nothing to fix the issue. I am not using any scrap mods. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?
