Converts all added lights into shadow casting lights excluding the Kerosene/Oil Lamps and Fire Barrels.

Spotlights have been changed to shadow casting lights. I have fluctuations between 25-75 FPS depending on location.
Probably need a GTX1080 or better at minimum. (I have a 1070).
