An Island, east of the Kingsport Lighthouse. Formerly used as a landfill site, is now taken over by The Institute, which dumps its waste (including defective synths) and sends coursers to guard the technology.
There, all kinds of components and junk can be found, including all the three parts necessary to build the Signal Interceptor in the main storyline. Look at all signs, they give you tips of what you're going to find.
Actually, it's just a location I made when bored, but saw it was getting pretty good and decided to work more on it. It's a decent-sized Island filled with synths and institute loot. Lots of screws too. It's heavily inspired by the Solid Waste Landfill in Detroit: Become Human. Exploration and a few jumpscares. It's a pretty immersive way to scavenge for components you'll need right away. Also, lots of companion comment markers, for an immersion increase.
