The Vault 81 room is now usable as a designable player home. Also some other goodies.

Updates:
1.7 Redid the whole and started off of 1.5. Added a wall in front of the flickering corner
1.6 Restored precombined meshes. Also fixed issues with walls not appearing
1.5 Added a chem workbench and a power armor station

1.3 You couldn't place items on some parts of the floor. This is now fixed
