Don't download this mod as long as it isn't done properly. It has potential, thoug it uses basically none of it.
Long answer -
Most assets are directly taken from Far Harbor, making the most likely best DLC unplayable. Have fun with a Far Harbour without any ground.
Other assets seem to be ripped from other mods and there are no credits given... People, I am the anarchistic Pole, I am the one that's supposed to be stealing.
No NPC is voiced btw and your fights are basically two paries shooting each other. No flavour shouting, nothing. The vanilla Fallout Tactics battle was more interesting.
The CCCP - Loveless randomly generatet NPCs. I even met a vendor with a beehive haircut...
Their armor or outfit look nice, love the sniper one. Have fun looking at it because the are non-playable and all you find is BOS equip. Even the tags.
The AK... the iron sights are to low, unusable.
They got vodka. I think that is good.
The Japanese - Ooooh boy. They use a Mosin Nagant which sights are unusable. Not zeroed and no animation.
Their armor and their outfit are okay. Try to take them in because they are non-playable. You can loot BOS Outfits, though. They carry some tags, too.
The... Nazis? I.. guess? - Good god, this is... The Institute. The Institute with some runes.
Armor and outfit are... Synth/Courser/Lab outfit. slap some runes on it, some that have basically NOTHING to do with the Nazis, only that they are germanic.
THIS time though they are usable by the player. Yippieh I guess? I can run around like a discount KKK member on bacl friday? And guess what they also have! BOS outfits ... and... tags?
There's a Luger you can use. And... they don't do it because they have the handmade rifles from Nuka-Park.
They have Nazi-Cola and... Nazi-Fanta...? So... They have standard Fanta I guess.
Every faction has their own propaganda assets.
The weapons they use, use special ammo and every NPC carries standard game ammo with them.
Also the Nazis are in... Fizztop Mountain apparently so... Forget playing the both best DLCs in Fallout 4.
All in all, this mod reminds me of Ukrainian Frontlines where I fought for the Legion. It's a shitshow with assets from all around the globe. somehow it works but it is nothing you wanna try.

Fun fact: a friend of mine owns a Mosin Nagant, but when he goes shooting he always uses it last because it kicks like 2 mules, so after 10 rounds he's done for the day. That's true no matter how much he'd already practiced with his other hole-punchers. We don't use the "g" word, because our defensive equipment identifies as cordless drills.
You should probably pass on this permanently. It seemingly hasn't been updated since it was first uploaded 5 years ago. Also the FAQ here pretty much says it will definitely cause problems:
