Fixed the tracking and teleport function of FCR companions in OAR

From OAR v1.10, OAR no longer depends on FCR, which makes the tracking and teleport function of FCR companions in OAR broken.
Fortunately although they modified the esp but left the scripts untouched.
So this is a small patch that restores these changes, makes the tracking and teleport function of FCR companions functional again.
In v1.0 I forget restore the companion track terminal, has been fixed in v1.1.
v1.2 fixed bad condition checks.
从 OAR 1.10版开始，OAR 不再依赖于 FCR，使得 OAR 中追踪和传送 FCR 里的同伴的功能不可用。
幸运的是，作者修改了 esp，但没有动脚本。
所以，这个小补丁恢复了这些修改，让追踪和传送 FCR 中的同伴的功能再次可用。
1.0版忘了恢复同伴追踪终端，1.1版已修复。
1.2版修复了错误的条件判断。
