Can't open it cause my WinRar barks on your file. Says it corrupted or something. Maybe you could double check its condition? I never had this issue with other files downloaded from nexus. In the meantime, I'll download 7zip and maybe some other freeware archivers and will try to feed your file to them.
P.S. Nope. Can't extract the file with any program.
I guess it really was some Nexus issue, cause after re-downloading I was able to open the file via 7-ZipPortable. Still, WinRar is too fastidious and don't want to operate with your file in any way. But it does not matter now, right? )
