It's a bit of a shame that the top comment is locked because many readers will think the Optimzation Patches are not relevant - but they are. Though not specifically listed in the big description page, hidden in the downloadable pack is a folder called "OPatches Bundle", and in there is a folder called "MoreLikeVicky Immersive Series". And in there is a patch for this mod and in it's readme are a few fixes including - wait for it, wait for it - fixed precombines! And for UFO4P! Kudos all round I think.
In fact, here's a copy & pasted full list of corrections for TheSoundOfSnow's patches for all MoreLikeVicky's Immersive Series, inc. this one:
- Fixed floating metal tent from Immersive Hub City Auto Wreckers - Reverted custom precombined data to vanilla from Immersive and Extended Lexington - Removed all Cell/Worldspace records that break original precombined data - Removed unintended records and incidentally modified vanilla objects - Carried over fixed records from the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch - Checked and fixed UDR/ITM/Defective records with FO4Edit - Resaved the plugin with the Creation Kit (+ CK Fixes) - Compacted FormIDs and added ESL flag to the plugins
Thanks to MoreLikeVicky and TheSoundOfSnow - and to seraphael for previously pointing me to this big collection of patches. Have fun kids.
Great mod, no issues with PRP mod, adds some great detail to make it feel like Lexington was an actual city instead of some small shanty town. Endorsed.
hello, to anyone interested this works fine with Open Lexington. i looked around with Open Lexington and found the changes and compare with this mod and did not find any conflicts (i use an older version of this mod for preference btw). also like to add i also had Sim Settlement 2 installed and did not find anything, but i did not look deeply, ss2 adds a few things but the two mods doesn't seem to touch it. possible i could miss one thing, just sharing.
It's strange and hope someone might have an idea. On Lexington i have a few floating objects (debris, rusty car, etc) exactly next to the nuka cola stand. I read i'm not alone with it. But after i used the optimization patch it was good for a bit. But now i realized it's back to have objects float again and idk why and how to fix :/ If anyone has an idea i'm thankful in advance, as i love this mod here and want it to stay in my load order. forever^^
Love the details, but the FPS drops are just too much, and the "Optimization Patch" doesn't really address the issue. If you ever redo this one, I'm in!
Read BOTH (or either) of the sticky comments above - there is a replacer for the esp that rebuilds precombines... and a whole lot more.
Or just CLICK THIS LINK and you can download a folder full of great patches, and the one for this will be under 'MoreLikeVicky' (the MA). There may be others in there you can use - I use several myself.

With my patch, you should not need the optimization patches from Poet/TheSoundOfSnow.

This will never leave my load order.
Always Happy to see the mod still holds up, even after a long time! :)
