Adds FULL AWKCR and VIS sorting compatibility, as well as Armorsmith Extended support to the amazing armor/clothing mod TheKite's Handmaiden by Niero.
This patch will also add the tags necessary for Icons in your pipboy, if you have Def_UI configured to show the icons in your pip-boy!
Now also adds the armor to the AWKCR Armor Workbench.

- You do not need VIS to use this patch.
- AWKCR, and Armorsmith Extended are required. Non Armorsmith version planned for the future.
- Some DLC also required. Future version may not require the DLC.
