Adds a holotape menu that removes caps from your inventory after 1 week to pay your rent for your house.

This is a BETA of sorts. If there are issues related to this mod, let me know in the comments. If your cat doesnt want to play with you, thats not my mods fault.
Jokes aside, here comes the description:
You will receive a holotape with instructions when you launch the game for the first time with this mod installed.
The settings in the holotape menu are 100, 200, 300, 400 or 500 caps to pay every 7 days.
You will receive a notification message in the top left corner of the screen saying how many days are left until you need to pay rent.
The caps are removed automatically from your inventory. You can turn this off at any time. Should the message still pop up that X days until rent, ignore it. Its just the script still running. You will not have the caps removed from your inventory then.
Id only recommend you either leave it turned on or off for immersion's sake.

Compatibility
This is a completely standalone mod so there should be 0 issues with anything out there. No DLCs needed. Compatible with all DLCs tho.

Installaton
Just use NMM or install manually.

Uninstallation
I strongly recommend that you disable the mod in the holotape menu before physically removing it with NMM or manually.
An additional step to be extra sure is for you to disable it and then wait 7 in-game days until the script is done, then you can hop in NMM or uninstall it manually. I dont think this is necessary though.

If you cant pay those 100, 200, 300, 400 or 500 caps, you will not have any caps removed from your inventory, but instead, a group of dear ''debt collectors'' will come after you. You will basically have to get rid of them or they will get rid of you.
Nothing else will be changed in version 2.0
If you have any suggestions that arent out of this world, ill try to implement them if i can do it and if they make sense regarding the simple purpose this mod of mine has.
More rent payment options is something ive already taken into consideration like cranking it up all the way to 1000 caps a week. For now, its as it is though. Ill first implement the Debt collectors.
A 1 month version would be neat too. We'll see.

Ill see about making easy to use scripts with markers that you can place so you can spawn enemies near your player home that youve created.
