Changelogs

Version 2.0
- Removed ALL custom BoS PA and related lists (was causing CTDs)
- Added extra DR and ER and HP to all BoS PA NPCs to compensate (both hardcore and normal)
- Removed ALL Scribe PA and related lists (was causing CTDs)
- Plan to re-add PA ability for Senior Scribes in the near future, but need to figure out how to not kill the game in the process
- Adjusted base HPs, DRs, and ERs for all BoS combat NPCs and resistances for BoS secondary gear to better suit them for mid to late game play.
