A warm hello to all Nexus Mod's users, I wanted to leave an update as it has been quite some time since I have released any news or additions:
Currently as you all might have guessed, I have taken a break from modding and focusing on other hobbies, however, my mods are by no means unfinished and I hope you all continue to enjoy them. Thank you all and hopefully I'll be back in the soon future as Elder Scrolls 6 ramps up,

    >>> VERSION 1.3 IS NOW LIVE! <<<

This new version includes a plethora of hot-fixes and further enhancements as requested by users to further iron out your experience!

    Some changes included:
    Spoiler:
    Show
    - Fixed sneak modifiers to prevent long-range aggro from enemies.
    - Tweaked head-shot conditions to eliminate occurrences of thick-skulled Trappers.
    - Further tweaks to the Combat Shotgun and Double-Barrel Shotgun, including adjusted weights and damage.
    - Fixed all occurrences of Super Mutants, Deathclaws, Radstags, and Yao Guai losing limbs too quickly.
    - Balanced Feral Ghoul damage to be more forgiving, as they were proved to be dealing too much damage.
    - Gunners should not prove too over-empowering anymore at higher levels. Please let me know if this needs further tweaking.
    - Further changes to specific NPC body part modifiers to iron out damage inconsistencies.
    - Fixed various smaller inconsistencies in FO4Edit. Nothing you will notice.
    - Updated my LITE Version to 1.3. Included in this FOMOD for more relaxed players.

I hope you all enjoy the new version!

Some compatibility versions are still being worked on and uploaded to the nexus. I have received many requests from various users for specific mod compatibility versions and I apologize if yours is not yet available.

Please keep your feedback coming! Every user's voice is heard and their opinions all go into my upcoming versions! I have been working on a Script-Free "bleedout" system for NPCs who lose limbs. I really wanted to get this feature out for my 1.3 update, during my final testing I felt it was not yet ready. The last thing I want to do is resort to scripting which may potentially corrupt save files. In that regard I regretfully want to hold off a little bit longer on releasing this feature until I feel it works flawlessly without scripts. It is currently 90% finished, with the major setback being Fallout 4's engine not registering a certain cripple/dismemberment condition in my testing when it should. If you are also experienced with FO4Edit and believe you can assist me in testing this new feature, please let me know!

    IMPORTANT INFO FOR NEW USERS:
    Spoiler:
    Show
    - All my changes will require a simple cell refresh and player refresh to take effect. See my description on refreshing!
    - Survival players, this refresh could take a long time since Bethesda made the respawn timer upwards of a MONTH in survival.
To remedy this, you can use the console, or any other mods here on the nexus (like my "Quicker Cell Respawn") or similar mods, to shorten the respawn timer of cells. This is highly recommended as a quality of life change because the Commonwealth is very empty once you clear enough cells.
    - How to change respawn timers using the console: you type "setgs iHoursToRespawncell 1" & "setgs iHoursToRespawncellCleared 1" and THEN you type pcb in the console to purge all cells from the buffer. If you now forward time OR change the timescale to let one hour pass, all cells will refresh!!! Very simple.
Don't forget to change the values back to what they were before! The default values are 48 and 60 respectively.

Horizon users, please use my ESP version and load after Horizon. I also suggest you try my mod without Horizon, to save more space!

Thank you all for allowing my vision of Fallout 4 to be shared with so many other users! Enjoy!
Keep your opinions coming! I need things to fix for the next update so please go bug-hunting, and keep me updated!
I am also working on a video showcasing Power Armor changes. This video has been on the back burner since V1.0 with the amount of work I have been doing for my latest mods. I aim to finish it soon for your viewing pleasure.

So if this makes every enemy scales with you, it means some high lvl enemies with huge initial health will have even more health eventually?

Is it just me, or did flamethrowers just become a weapon of mass destruction? They even chew trough power armor.

That's very nice, but how do I activate it? Mod is installed and online, but nothing changes in the game.

Downloaded in search of a scaling mod just like this, the treat on top was when I forgot this came with a dismemberment cherry on top...when I shot the Raiders arm off and he ran into a stall and hid!

    Fantastic mod!

Yes that will happen! I love it, It is very rare since most enemies die before they lose a limb, but my companions normally go for the execution animation on the poor dieing raiders.
I will be adding bleeding effects very soon, thanks for the support

I didn't make any modifications to the blood textures, but I will be adding a bleed-out system where NPCs who lose limbs (rare) will die from blood loss.
    4. So, it's been a year. Is there any update on 1.4?

Does the mod take effect when using custom weapons like RU556 or HK416??

If he tweaked only Body Data in xEdit then yes. If he also tweaked damage numbers of the vanilla weapons then no.

Open xEdit and load this mod only. You can then see what he changed.

I like this mod quite a bit, it makes combat very intense, and fun. If you still take suggestions for new versions, I have one. Because enemies level with you, you can't use the Animal Friend, Wasteland Whisperer, or Intimidation perks, because they will only work on enemies that are below your level. Maybe instead of enemies leveling with you, they could be one level below you, or maybe change the perks entirely.

      +1
I wrote about it as well, not sure what happened to my post tho. I dig a bit around and author says that it should be working since some of the enemies will spawn a lvl below you. I've yet to see this tbh.

Maybe this could work with some other intimidation mods? Anyone tried them? I'm kinda to scared to break my save. Suggestions?

This mod appears to do nothing to address bulletsponges. There are still some enemies that die from 1 hit to the body and others that require 30 shots to the head.

I have some questions about this mod (Hope they are not too many because I don't want to be a pain in the ass)

1.I have survival options installed and i have my damage values modified, enemies deal like 3,0 damage and I deal 2,25. Do i need to adjust those values or not?

    2. I read that this mod works with Npcs added by other mods. In my case, i have Super Mutants Redux and Raider Overhaul, if I load those mods after yours, will the
they adjust (for example, Super Mutant Redux adds the Nightkin, does that mean that it will be modified to your values)?

3.I also read that there's a chance to blow off some limbs and (I don't know if it high or low) , is it also possible to just shoot at someone's leg (for example with a pistol) and just cripple them without blowing his limb off? (I think is kind of unrealistic if you shoot at someone with a low caliber weapon for example and then his leg comes off because it doesn't work like that in real life).

    4. Is it normal that I just 1 shot everyone (I even shoot them at theirs legs and i just need 1 shoot to kill them). To be honest, I haven't waited for the cells to respawn that may be the issue here right?

    5. Does this mod affect animals too?

    6. I am using some power armor mods like the X-02 or the Hellfire armor. I suppose that the power armor values your modified won't affect those ones right? (I don't really thing it will be much of a problem anyway).

    7. My last question (sorry for wasting your time)

By the way, I'm using Better Locational Damage and I will load your mod after it I suppose that there won't be any conflicts if I do.

Again, sorry for the tons of questions, I'm looking forward to keep using this mod (i think it's even better than BLD at many things) and i just wanted to say that we really appreciate your hard work in this mod (even if some people don't say it).

    Thank you kind sir

Hey there, I had a question about your mod. Are headshots turned on for the player as well or only the NPCs? Really excited to give this mod a shot. I'm all for the realism but I'm not sure about player headshots. It's the only thing from Better Locational Damage that I like but I still feel enemies are spongy on there.

If you put this mod below any other .ESP affecting NPC leveled lists in your load order, and there are no .ESL mods affecting NPCs in your load order, Enemies will most certainly not be spoongy. It will be easier to kill - especially with headshots, but, in return it will be easier to die too. Running in front of three mobs with firearms and doing a Rambo impression will kill you in seconds. I highly recommed using mod "Agony" with this in a survival playthrough. Makes you think twice about what you gonna do next.
This mod is perfect for stealth/sniper characters, as it kinda forces you to play using your brain. Either that, or get into Power Armor and OMGPWN everything, as PA is provides much better defense now - it works both ways.
