Minor changes to the laser guns plugins. Changed the "Full Name" record for laser and institute weapons. They will be named "Laser Gun" and "Institute Gun" respectively in-game.

Very minor change to the installer. Changed the flag of the first installation page from (SelectExactlyOne) to (SelectAtMostOne). This lets you skip the first installation page entirely if you don't want any of the assault or combat rifle replacers and lets you continue to the optional files page for the laser and plasma weapon replacers.
