I literally have worked on this particular face for well over a year now. It has gone through so many changes that it looks nothing like the original I created way back at the beginning of last year. I thought that it was only fitting to give it to my favorite companion, Heather. I tried to upload it here as a face preset for LooksMenu, but, it looked different in other ppl's game and this bothered me.

I also use Valkyr Female Face and Body Textures. But, since this conflicts with other mods reportedly, I did not make it a requirement.
Version 2.0 now available. Simplified the esp by getting rid of a few dependencies. Removed a bit of makeup and tweaked the face a bit. To make changes yourself in game, pull up the console command and click on her for her i.d. Then type slm (her id) without the parenthesis. Make the changes you want and then save her as a preset if you like.

Light plug-in v3.1 updated for Heather v2.2. Eliminated all dependencies except for Commonwealth Cuts (KS Hairdos). I didn't change anything about her face other than the extra makeup and tats.
