Mod activated in Start - Mods or plugins.ini, remains activated in plugins.ini but appears marked as not activated after the game has loaded. I also miss the description where the mod can be found in build mode. Please update.
I don't understand, the usual requirements for base game, so nothing special like one of these latest versions 2019, 2020. I'm no modder - if that's your question to what kind of program It should remain activated after the game has loaded. Maybe it can be solved by to unflag the esp?
Uhh, Zorkaz It's by far not so hard to do an installation for any mod, without manager, so I know what's done. But it's not only your mod, most mods didn't work since more than a year or so.

This one makes them run to the bell or Microphone, its small and safe to merge (atleast for me)
