I built this with the intention of housing my power armor collection. The food/water/beds were an afterthought.

Contains a Tier 3 Weapons, Doctor, Bar, Armor, and Junk shop.
There's multiples of every Workbench.
Over 30 Food, 39 Water, 22 Beds, 45 Power, 146 Defense
Crops are Mutfruit. Some stacked by the dozen in potted plants throughout the build.

[ ABOUT THE MODS USED ]
All mods are optional, only there for convenience. The settlement still functions perfectly
well with no mods at all.
Auto Doors :: Optional, makes doors close.
AWKCR :: Optional, just two workbenches placed.

[ NOTES ]
- You'll want either a Scrap Everything type mod, or use Console Commands to remove part of the original shack, and stairs outside.
- I put down alot of lights. If you have a mod increasing workshop light brightness, this might blind you.
- The settlement can be built higher if you wish.
- There happens to be an idle Stand Guard marker near the master bed. So that's fun.
