You asked for this ( I know you did )..

She's obviously cute, she's small, and she is blood-thirsty.
You should feed her with the blood of your ennemies.
She is waiting for you.

Why don't you use Construct a Custom Companion by Karel2015 ?
So she can come with you right away..
Don't tell her it is unsettling to look at her. Ever.
I recommend the most shiny/plastic skin texture you can find !
You obviously can see this as a joke " mod ". But, have fun ? :D

Requires F4SE - LooksMenu and Looks Menu Customization Compendium and Extended Facial Sculpting and ONI CUTE ASIAN FACE PARTS
NMM ( at your own risk ! )
Download using the NMM Download button
Activate the mod ( or whatever you should do, i dunno how that works )
Manual ( recommended, as always ! )
Download using the Manual Download button
Extract the archive into your Fallout 4 game's directory folder
