I use D.E.C.A.Y. - Better Ghouls with Zombie Walkers. This creates a lot more ghoul/zombies in the world. I don't want to use Zombie Walkers option to turn off all loot. I am also using Fallout 4 Loot Overhaul 2016 Edition in an attempt to make getting items and caps more challenging. The combination of D.E.C.A.Y. and Zombie Walkers with loot turned on however was just giving too much stuff for this environment.
This mod reduces the item for ghoul bodies by around 90%. Many will have nothing.
D.E.C.A.Y. is the only required mod. This may be useful in combination with another mod that adds a lot of ghouls to the world besides Zombie Walkers.
