I downloaded the mod to vortex but it's not taking the bat emogene.txt in console commands, I dunno how to do it manually to fallout installer like you said.
I'm probably late, but if i remember correctly you just have to drop it to fallout 4's directory folder. if you don't know how to: If you downloaded fallout 4 from steam, open file explorer and it should probably go like this: (The Drive You Have Fallout 4 In) > SteamLibrary > steamapps > common > Fallout 4. **If you think something could go wrong, you might want to check out youtube videos about how to install a bat file for fallout 4 or something like that.** Hope this helps.
Thank you for this. Endorsed. But there may be a couple things you'll want to edit. The bat file doesn't need "bat emogene" within itself. That line can be deleted. Otherwise it may go into an infinite loop of automatically loading the bat file. Also, place a semicolon (;) in front of whatever line of text in a bat file that you don't want it to actually use. That way it won't come up with the error "Script command "TYPE" not found". Exiting the console after using "bat emogene", but before manually typing in the two other commands, seems to work best.
Bat file should look like this: ssq ms09 prid 47ec4 moveto 518ce enable
; NOW: FIRST EXIT THE CONSOLE, THEN REOPEN THE CONSOLE AND TYPE THESE TWO COMMANDS - "forcerefintoalias emogeneold" AND "forcerefintoalias emogene" - MANUALLY!!!
hi amber and thanks for that smemicolon tip, will use it :) and sorry for late answer :D the reason why i have put that additional "bat emogene" at the end is that first i was also trying to use those commands exactly like you suggested (ssq ms09 / prid 47ec4 / moveto 518ce / enable) but for me emogene was not spawning. only if i used these commands twice, so i have put that additional "bat emogene" at the end and it worked.
