There is no key, cost or quest. The stairs are on the 2nd floor above Kill or Be Killed and Daisy's in Good Neighbor.

IS COMPATABLE WITH BETTER GOODNEIGHBOR. Will not hender Quests in GoodNeighbor.

� House has day and night cycle, so it's darker at night

� It's a small place I tried to keep as LORE FRIENDLY as possible. There are little things about the home that can be taken for personal use but most is static. Items taken will not reappear except plantlife but it will take time.

:: MOST OF THE ITEMS IS STATIC. YOU WON'T GAIN ANY LOOT BY INSTALLING THIS. Template::
There are a few recipes and small items, but that's it, you don't gain any advantage in installing this.
