Attention: In light of the recent changes to NexusMods' File Deletion Policy, I regret to inform you that my mods will remain up on Nexus for everyone to download.
I have no intention to follow the misguided recklessness exhibited by other mod authors in the past week, nor do I intend to remove any of my mods from the Nexus, and I will by no means ruin the modding community by following suit and partaking in such irresponsible behaviour detrimental to the modding community even moreso than any of the policy changes. I will not stand with them as I do not share in their delusion.

I have no intention of following these self-serving hypocrites who on one hand claim that mods are art, and on the other hand have the audacity to claim that their own mods are somehow 'more' than other mods.
This kind of attitude from the self-proclaimed leaders of this so-called 'Nexodus' makes it plainlyunacceptable for any modder worth their salt, in any conscience to agree with them in any capacity whatsoever.
I will not follow suit and stand in some misguided or selfish folly of false 'solidarity' or 'protest' which would ultimately hurt the modding community more than anything else.
For those concerned about the use of Red Cross to denote medical personnel for armed forces, do note that it is 100% valid.
I myself served as an underwater combat medic in the Singapore Navy.
From Wikipedia :
As specified by the Geneva Conventions, the four recognized emblems are to be used only to denote the following:
1) Facilities for the care of injured and sick armed forces members;
2) Armed forces medical personnel and equipment;
3) Military chaplains;
4) International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement organizations such as the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), and the 190 national Red Cross and Red Crescent societies.
So the use of the symbol here (to denote medical personnel in the Minutemen) is definitely in line with the above.
Just a minor nitpick, could you get rid of those custom names that you give to the minutemen weapons and restore them with vanilla weapons? It interfere with weapon replacers and levelled list. I really like the stuff you done with this addon
I wish this didn't replace the flag it took me forever to figure out what was doing it. I appreciate the work though it's a great mod I just wish there was a version without the flag replacement. I extracted the bas and repacked them without it to fix but not many people know how to do that.
zEdit has nothing to do with textures. You need to extract with an archive manager and then delete the texture file, then repack. If you look at my mod for archive packing there's a list of them. You also should be using xEdit if you're modding :). There's a link to Collective Modding Discord where you can learn more about modding in my profile if you're interested.
Personally would like a installer that allows me to pick and chose what parts I want to install.
The mod itself is great. Just want to keep the original Minutemen flag and maybe omit some of the more modern bits of gear (Tac-Helm and Oakley Shades).
i follow The midnight Ride guide to setup my load order, then add in my factions ontop. i just reinstalled this and i have no issues. sounds like it could be load order issue.
is there a way to customize what is added to the levelled lists? I like the insignia and ranks etc but dont care for the battle belts and helmets/more modern stuff etc

But anyway, here's your Cavalry patch:

beyond my skill level.
Can't find a reason or come up with an idea as to why this mod causes the CTD, disabling it fixes the CTD.
sounds like it could be load order issue.
To clarify that is on the NG version of F4.
