Quick and simple edit of Pre-War Money to change it from a Junk to Misc item.
It can no longer be used for crafting or as Junk Jet ammo and will not get added to workshop inventory.
It's value and weight are unchanged.

Optional files make the same change to:

Holotags - All of the BoS tags I could find in the item list, as well as generic holotags.
Not sure if this will affect their use in any quests as I have not progressed the BoS story.
Gold Bar - For some reason this change causes Gold Bars to be set to value 0. No luck on fixing it yet.
Just disable the mod when you decide to sell your stash.
Cigar Boxes and Cigarette Cartons - These give a low ammount of resources for their compared to loose cigars/cigarettes.
Loose cigarettes and cigars as well as single packs are unchanged.
