Description:
A marker of furniture is made in Chemical Workbench, by means of which it is possible to forbid or allow all NPCs, except accepted companions, to use any object: furniture, containers, workbenches or a power armor. For example, on the marked beds the settlers will never sleep, on the marked chairs and sofas sit, will not put on the marked power armor and carry things from the marked chests. If you mark all the furniture in the room, no settler will ever enter this room. You can allow settlers to use water columns that are not allowed by default.
To mark an elevation, you must equip this marker. An additional R or Space interaction button appears. If you unequip the marker, the additional button disappears.
Reset a cell resets the property setting. As you know, the territory of friendly settlements is not reseted, if there was a malfunction in the game.
In version 1.00 the marker works everywhere, including the territory of settlements.

In most cases, the mod does not work with mods that use alternative activation keys "R" or
"Spacebar" and do not have the ability to temporarily disable them.
Installation:
With the help of the Mods manager: By the instructions of the Mods manager.
Manually: Unzip the archive with the program 7-Zip, Files FurnitureOwner.esp, FurnitureOwner - Main.ba2 put in the folder Data, Mark FurnitureOwner.esp in the Mods Manager.
Remove:
Delete Mod using the Mods Manager or manually: Remove the mark from FurnitureOwner.esp in the Mods Manager, remove the Furni-tureOwner.esp, FurnitureOwner-Main.ba2 and from the Data folder of the game.
Patch:
Sleep or Save Compatibility Patch eliminates the conflict of disappearing activation buttons in these two mods.
